When will the next designs be launched

 

Our production capacity is limited because we do intensive quality checks.

This means that the design process is long and detailed.

Creating a bottleneck effect when we want to launch a new collection.

So please be patient with us, because we only want to give out the best.

When will my product arrive

 

We will give you the details of your shipment once your product is shipped.

We will update you when there are any updates from our side.

However you should be able to track your shipment from the code we have sent.

Can I return products that don't fit me

 

Yes!

We want you to feel great and if the size you chose won't do that,

we will send you another one.

However, to protect our art

we will need you to provide the purchasing receipt and send the product back to us.

If we detect any flaws that do not pass our quality check,

we will only give 20% of the purchase price back to you.

And we will not provide you with a new product.
